ABOUT THE JOB

This is a part time contractor role with a range of 20-30 hrs. a week and a potential for it to be converted to full time.
Location: can either work remotely or in the studio office in Clovis, CA.

At Traversal, we care about work/life balance and thrive to create more time to experience
life rather than sinking in hours of work.

Our focus days are Tuesday – Thursdays with core hours starting at 2pm-5pm.
Mondays and Fridays are optional work days.

social media campaigns across Traversal’s cliental, platforms, and projects.
The ideal candidate will be fully immersed in the social landscape and proactively

stays up-to-date with lifestyle, cultural and industry trends.

create and publish social media content. You will work closely with our clients, design team, and studio director.

As a Social Media Content Manager, you will work on multiple projects and collaborate with marketing, engineering, and directors.
You will create, curate, schedule, and publish social media content with a focus on Instagram and TikTok and any future platforms.
Bring new ideas and collaborate with our design team, and studio director.
Meet our and collaborate with our cliental.
Manage day-to-day posting and monitor insights across all platforms.
Manage and moderate online community, including responses to DM’s, comments, mentions, and fostering a welcoming experience.
Work closely with the marketing team to deliver content with campaigns that are align with messaging.
Work with content creators and influencers to generate lifestyle content.
You will work closely with the leadership team.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, or Business or related equivalent experience.
2+ years of working experience as a Social Media Manager, digital marketing or related roles.
Proficient in utilizing social media apps such as Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Efficient in planning, scheduling, and coordinating content.
Ability to work with deadlines and self manage time.
Experience utilizing version control systems such as Perforce or Git.
Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications.
Comfortable taking on multiple roles.

PAY RANGE INFO

This is a part-time role with the potential of going full-time.
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $25.00 – $30.00/hr.
However, salaries or hourly higher or lower than this range may be
appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaning fully
from those listed in the job description.

Individual pay within this salary range is determined by work location and additional
factors, including assessed job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The AstronautZero Team is working on a game project, which will be the first independent IP.
We are also a B2B studio and do provide our creative services to help teams with their projects.
